    By accessing or using Voicentra, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use. You are responsible for your account security and for maintaining accurate information associated with your profile.

    Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
    Do not upload, publish, or transmit content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful.
    Automated scraping is prohibited unless you have prior written permission.

    2. Payments & Refunds

    If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees, including recurring fees where relevant. Paid courses are refundable within 14 days if minimal content was consumed.

    3. Intellectual Property

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal team use under your plan. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public posting is not allowed unless explicitly authorized in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted, Voicentra and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

    Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent allowed by law.

    5. Changes, Termination, and Contact

    Does acknowledging change anything legally?

    No. It is optional and stored locally on your device as a convenience.

    Where is the acknowledgement stored?

    In your browser’s localStorage under the key vc_terms_ack. Clearing site data removes it.

    How do refunds work?

    Refunds are available within 14 days if minimal content was consumed. We may request proof of purchase and confirm access logs where applicable.
