Frequently Asked Questions
Search and open answers about formats, levels, certificates, refunds, cohorts, and accessibility.
What formats are available? Live sessions, on-demand lessons, and cohort programs. ⌄
We offer three learning formats to match different schedules and support needs:
- Live (instructor-led): structured practice, Q&A, real-time feedback.
- On-demand: self-paced lessons plus guided exercises and templates.
- Cohort: weekly milestones, peer feedback, and high accountability.
Which level should I choose? A quick mapping to Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced. ⌄
Beginner is best if you want calm confidence and fundamentals: structure, clarity, pacing, and removing filler words.
Intermediate fits if you already present but want stronger persuasion: narrative arcs, audience intent, and handling questions.
Advanced targets high-stakes settings: investor decks, board updates, media interviews, and executive presence under pressure.
Do you provide certificates? Digital certificate upon completion. ⌄
Yes. After successful completion, you’ll receive a digital certificate that includes the course name and completion date. If your employer needs additional verification, you can request a confirmation email via the contact form.
What is your refund policy? 14-day window for unused or minimally consumed content. ⌄
We provide a 14-day refund window for unused or minimally consumed content. Cohort programs may have different cutoffs because seats and instructor time are reserved.
To request a refund, use the request form below and include your purchase email and order reference. We respond within 1–2 business days.
How do cohorts work and when do they start? Milestones, feedback loops, and start-date reminders. ⌄
Cohorts run on a fixed timeline with weekly themes (e.g., clarity → story → evidence → delivery) and short practice assignments. You’ll receive:
- weekly live session(s) with structured drills
- peer review prompts to improve fast without overwhelm
- instructor checkpoints for your key presentation
Is the platform accessible? Keyboard-friendly, contrast-checked experience. ⌄
Yes. The experience is built with keyboard navigation in mind, clear focus states, and contrast-checked text. If you need accommodations (captions, alternate timing, or content format), use the accessibility request form below.
How can I contact Voicentra support? Email and phone with response times. ⌄
